On another server I got banned "major griefing". I hadnt griefed and there was a guy who had a name like mine and he was griefing. I dont know but

I was talking in chat and so was the griefer. His name was DivineSG(Name stealer too) and mine is DivineGS, I guess they thought I was griefing(in creative) even though I was in survival LOL

I had did some coding to get my self the /spectate code though before I was banned and I recorded every second of him griefing and I sent it to the owners of the server and they said "NOPE! THAT WAS YOU!" I was just like Luck no.
